Why Hello Sorry ive been slacking on here! i know everyone is DYING to know what life is like over here in Afghanistan!
Its a whole new experience and im glad i get to see what a poor pulluted theird world country looks like...(i tried to put up some pictures but its not working so i have some on facebook)...its weird having to wake up in a room with two bunk beds and roomates. ive made som eawesome friends since ive been here!
thank you to my mommy, sissy, daddy, karissa, a program called Millitary Family and friends, melissa, Zoie, Ayssa and Heidi! they've all sent me care packages filled with goodies and fun stuff to keep me unbored!
The people i work with are so much fun! they all tease me for being so young and fun stuff like that but hey i cant complaine! im finaly getting promoted to SPC pn the first of november! then my birthday is the 13th!!
Ive also learned that while deployed you find out who your true friends are i recently found out that two of my good friends that i look up to as my brothers talk mad $H!T behind my back. how can you trust someone after something like that happens to you!
ive been here for i think about 4 months! im going to be taking my 2 week Leave soon but i cant say when because its a secrit! the only person that really knows is my sissy!
I really like it here. its a nice brake from reality and you get to see all the littel things you took for granted like my mommys awesome cooking. A hot shower the whole time you shower. Being able to just go for a jog around the block with out creepy people staring at you. a big comfuy warm bed that doesnt feel like its made out of rebar. privacy when you take a shower. privacy when you want to change into PJ's. and lots more stuff like seeing your family everyday. Just wanting an d wishing this was just a horrible dream that you'll soon wake up from but its all reality and there is nothing i can change about it!
It also has its UP's i dont have to pay any bills. I can enjoy time to myself and see how much the simpleist things mean to me!
while ive been here ive learned how to play Spades and Poker! and im the Queen at it! Ortega taught me how to play along with some other people that have been there to help me!
well ive got to go and work! i thought i would take time out of my busy scedule and lett every one know how life is over here in afghanistan!
with lots of LOVE DEE
